Three options are available depending on the age and skill level of your daughter. These are offered in Columbia, Lexington and Irmo depending on interest level. If you are interested in us bringing a clinic into your area, please contact Kim Williams at 803.920.0234 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to receive information on one of the clinics below, please sign up to receive an email once the clinics are posted. Each of these below is offered 2-3 times a year unless otherwise indicated.
The FCA Youth clinic is typically a 6-week skill-based program with a season ending tournament. The purpose of the clinic is to teach the fundamentals of volleyball and the good news of Jesus. There is a Bible story/theme interwoven into the clinics, and we like to have the girls engaged and memorizing the scripture verses throughout the 6-week period.
VolleyKids is a program for 1st-3rd grade girls. The focus is on teaching at a beginners level. These girls are just stepping into the sport of volleyball, and we are teaching them the basic skills of the sport. Along with volleyball skills, we teach an age appropriate bible lesson with the purpose of sparking a hunger to read God’s Word on their own. This is a great program to invest in if your girl is just getting started in the sport of volleyball. Our time will be spent learning about the fundamentals of volleyball with Christ in our hearts! –Ephesians 3:17
Volley Tweeners is for 5th to 7th grade girls who are at the intermediate level of volleyball skills. An intermediate player is someone who has played on an organized team either with school and/or club, or has completed at least 3 FCA clinics. A Bible Lesson/theme is incorporated with the tweeners clinic, and a deeper knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures will be taught.
We will offer a summer skills camp for the player that is still working on the fundamentals and a camp for the intermediate player. (Summer only).
